Won't return . They also charge for the bags that are suppose to be (GWP) free gift with purchase i looked in to them and they are not even part of lego so no lego points. They are some place called merlin. I tried to exchange an item and buy more and they wouldn't do the exchange and turns out thats why. They are not legit. Kid zone is fun , but do buy anything from that dumpster directly of a place they call a store
Go TO VALLEY FAIR I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT. EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAST AND THEY HAD ALOT OF SETS I GOT A FREE BAG, THIS STORE WAS CHARGING 7 FOR...

Kind of overpriced, so do look for discounts online! Otherwise, neat place to bring your kids and get lost in the LEGO fantasy world!

Kiosk only ticket purchase, but not all options available on there. This modern day "convenience" has gone too far.

Really good experience with me and my family. It's indoors which is a plus. Not that expensive either. We went for my daughter's birthday and she enjoyed it. Overall I would definitely recommend it.
I went to the Lego store to get the last Keith Haring set for my brother's late birthday, and thankfully they had the last set in the store, which I was a little upset about because they don't accept physical cash or do Lego Insiders membership, which I can understand is out of their control. The good part was the employee was super nice enough to hold on to the set while I was about to go to the ATM to add money, which I ditched and had to suck it up. The best part I got store credit paid in full; no lie. I feel so bougie walking out the store like a boss. All I can say is good employees keep their word to hold on to your set.
