  RMAed a Google phone. The FedEx shop charged me for packing material to hold the original Google box. Felt like gauge. They are supposed to pack and ship. As part of the dealio with Google. Not upcharge me

  I’ve been by three times this year and experienced exceptional service each time — primarily from Rahsaan. The first time was for my grandma’s funeral program. Despite the challenging circumstances, Rahsaan was a great communicator, detail-oriented, and showed both professionalism and care when it came to delivering this project that was very important to my family. He showed excellent customer service all the following times as well, so I just want to make sure this guy gets his flowers!   Rahsaann was an amazing person, he helped me out with a surprise a was making for my girlfriend, he dedicated his time to show me the best option available and was very attentive to my idea. The final product looked amazing, customer service 10/10. Definitely coming back to this location after this.

  Went today to drop off a return package that didn’t have a label on it yet. Staff was so kind and helpful to show me each step of what I can do to scan the QR code by myself and print the label to tap on the package since it’s my first time doing this. Truly appreciate his help!
