I took my package to this store and asked for the fastest shipping option as it's a very time-sensitive and important legal document. The agent told me that it'd arrive on Tuesday AM. I paid for that expedited service. Then the next Monday I checked, the package was still not logged in the system. I checked again on Tuesday and the tracking said it was actually sent in Monday afternoon and would arrive Wednesday AM, a day later than promise. Never trust this store as they would give you a false promise and charge you for that. The late arrival ruined my application. Very bad!
In response to Manager: I appreciate you did a due diligence on my complaint. However, that was not 100% the case. I want tell you exactly what I asked for and was advised. I first asked the clerk if there was an option to get it delivered by Monday and he said no, Tuesday was the soonest option. I accepted. He also asked me if I wanted the package to arrive by AM or PM and I said AM. I WAS NOT advised whether it's Next Day delivery nor 2nd Deliver, nor the pickup would be on Monday not Saturday. I simply just paid knowing that it would be delivered by Tuesday AM. If your video has sound recording, I'd advise you to listen to it.

This location gave my package to someone who they said had the same name without even fact checking the ID. I even asked for the CCTV recording and the female employee gave it to an old woman. Mind you, the order was a sweat set package. What old woman would open this package and not return it back? To think that the staff I was speaking to, said that the old woman was familiar to them was suspicious enough. So they gave my package to someone without verification. I had to pick it up in this location because I put an incomplete address and it only had my name on it without my surname but their employee still gave it to someone else without the order number. Never got it back and they told me to submit a claim in UPS itself without them holding accountability for any negligence.

I went to this UPS location to return a package, and the male staff member was completely cold. I greeted him, but got no response at all—just a silent hand-off of the receipt. It felt really rude and unwelcoming. Customer service like this makes me hesitant to come back.

They're fast, nice and efficient. Lines of return from Amazon are taken care of everyday here. They also offer notary services.
I visited for fingerprinting, and the staff member greeted me warmly, corrected the errors in my form, and checked everything thoroughly, which I was very grateful for.
