  I have to update this. The local store DID refund my money, however, today, I received a bill from fed ex for the full amount . SMH. So lame!! Was a 5 star review, now 1 star. FedEx in Millbrae just blew my mind. A package didn’t arrive on time that was a bit expensive to ship and was needed for repairs due to hurricane Lowell in Kuaui. They just issued a full refund with absolutely no hesitation, and, I just can’t believe I didn’t have to argue with anyone to get it. Maybe a bit of a sad commentary on the treatment we are used to receiving from big companies, but, that’s a conversation for another day. Thank you FedEx for issuing a no hassle full refund and offering such outstanding customer service. It is much appreciated.

  After waiting for twenty minutes with all of my packages ready to go, I finally walked out. The singular employee didn’t appear to be close to finishing up with someone who didn’t have anything ready and didn’t bother to attend to us or say a word when we finally left. Avoid this location- I’ll be sticking with UPS from now on.

  Yelstin from the Millbrae location just made me a FedEx customer for life. Gave me the best customer service and helped with printing and cutting some posters for my wedding. Thank you for bringing a great example of excellence!
