  The Asian representative who worked there had an attitude from the very beginning I walked in the store instead of trying to help me instantly sent me to the Kisok and said I didn’t know what I was doing not only that he didn’t have any type of clothing or name tag that represented the company horrible customer service will never go back, if your looking for good customer service stay away from this store

  My experience with a very sullen and impatient man now has me going ‘anywhere’ other than the Blithedale store. Not sure if he’s mostly targeting older women - but I see another reviewer noticed too.

  The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else. The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.

  Love ❤️ this store!! Always friendly knowledgeable and professional! Staff always seems happy as are the people in line.
