  The Asian representative who worked there had an attitude from the very beginning I walked in the store instead of trying to help me instantly sent me to the Kisok and said I didn’t know what I was doing not only that he didn’t have any type of clothing or name tag that represented the company horrible customer service will never go back, if your looking for good customer service stay away from this store

  My experience with a very sullen and impatient man now has me going ‘anywhere’ other than the Blithedale store. Not sure if he’s mostly targeting older women - but I see another reviewer noticed too.

  Matt is an embarrassment as I have now during the last year seen him behave with needless anger towards older ladies who were slightly slower or confused about technology. He lacked basic kindness and empathy. About two years ago he was rageful towards my wife for a small thing. This guy has issues. I avoid this location as he seems to be getting worse.

  Just had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Owner was rude and not helpful. I'm trying to ship a package via a Corporate drop + ship program and the store owner could not figure out how to do it.... really? Isn't that your job? And PS they close at 5pm, not 6pm. Not very convenient if you work. 0 Stars from me. DO NOT bother with this location. Go to The Cove - they are fabulously helpful there.

  Would not accept my AAA card for a discount!! The owner/manager did not tell me directly but rudely told it to and employee and walked away.
