  For 13 years, I’ve frequented the UPS store in Sausalito purely for convenience. I've had a higher tolerance than most for their constant revolving door of unprofessional employees and filthy facility. I remember walking in one day and there was dog vomit on the carpet. The employee at the time stated that the owner treated them terribly and that this was not their job, so they refused to clean it. To give you perspective on what my experiences had been like, this didn’t phase me at all. I just stepped over the dog vomit and proceeded as quickly as possible. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner myself, who was so incredibly unprofessional and rude to me that another customer actually stopped me outside to apologize for his behavior. I’m actually grateful for today’s unpleasant interaction because it led me to this particular UPS franchise in Mill Valley. I walked in and was in shock by how absolutely clean it was. I literally stood in the front door in awe for a moment. The gentleman at the front desk (manager and brother to the owner) was so pleasant and personable. I feel like I’ve been upgraded from coach (more like the baggage compartment) to first class.

  I was sending some art for a friend the other day and James was such a great help! I really appreciate how patient he was with the sizeable project and getting several pieces of art into 4 shipping boxes. THANK YOU James!!

  This is my go-to shipping store in Marin. The employees are always very helpful, fast, and do a good job. Ethan helped me today and was super helpful!

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! The man who works here is a BULLY!!! I am a 5-year member and customer of an alternative UPS location. The ladies who work at my store all know that I have Parkinson's and I'm treated with the utmost respect kindness graciousness and empathy. This man was grumpy rude condescending and insulted me! DISCRIMINATION!!! I am a senior widow and disabled. When I said he was grumpy he threw me out of the store, and accuse me of being on something. The only thing I'm on is trying to return my T-Mobile devices. The T-Mobile lady was on the call while I went in the store and recorded everything. I will be pursuing legal means. SHAME ON YOU - YOU ABUSIVE BULLY!!!!! I I'm also calling the police department to file a report of abuse!
