  I had a great experience with the associate Brienna. She was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. Even though I didn't have all the information ready for what I was shipping out yet, she remained patient and very professional, and she took care of my request as swiftly as she could. Thank you for your help Brienna, and I hope to get helped by you again if I have something else to ship out. :)

  The associates all work like a well oiled machine together and were a huge help when sending off multiple packages big, small and even paintings! Was a very pleasant experience and I originally was dreading going in !! Big shoutout to John! Thank you to the whole team!
