I decided to give this place a second chance and it turned out to be the most disgusting sandwhich I have had in a very long time. There was very little meat and the worker put almost no vegetables on the sandwhich even though I would ask for more. Each time I would ask for more she put a very tiny bit of onion, lettuce, spinach, etc. I would rather have had canned soup then eat this. Should have stuck with my first choice. Very disappointed customer.

For How much they charge for a sandwich you’d expect it to be made right. My sandwich was missing stuff had the wrong stuff in it as well as my husband’s. The service was absolutely horrible the staff was screwing around and talking crap about customers where they think we can’t hear it. The owner needs to be more on top of his staff because the staff that was working this evening was not pleasant.

Customer service was extremely lacking. There was little to no respect shown in how our food was prepared and handled, even while we were present. Our sandwich was made incorrectly and was remade—thank you for that—but there was no need to aggressively slam the original sandwich into the trash. That behavior was unnecessary and uncomfortable.
When we asked if soup was available, the employee said no and rolled her eyes at us. This was especially unprofessional considering the store closes at 10:00 PM and we were there at 8:20 PM, well before closing time.
The overall attitude from staff was very unwelcoming. If looks could kill, my husband and I would have been dead. There was no sense of customer service or professionalism at all. We spent $30 on our order, only to get sick after eating the sandwiches, which is completely unacceptable.
Everyone has bad days, but when you’re a front-line worker, professionalism still matters. If you don’t enjoy your job, it may be time to find another. Life is short—do better. Leave personal drama at the door and treat customers with basic respect.
We will never return to this location and will not recommend it to anyone.
