Probably not the staff but crickets policies. My 1 month old phone was failing and they wanted to charge me for the new SIM card that was required. Absolutely crickets fault. Went to Metro with the same phone and I'm using it to write this review. The staff at cricket however did try to sell me a new "upgrade" phone for $1200 though.

This is my first review but be careful with the lady’s that say that there card reader isn’t working they told me they only accepted cash and told me the iPhone 6 was 600 which is not worth that much I definitely now for certain they planned on pocketing some of that money ! They also should add prices to prevent this
