    am extremely disappointed with UPS's handling of my package and the complete lack of accountability shown throughout this process. My wedding dress—a time-sensitive and irreplaceable item—was marked as "delivered" by the driver when it had not actually been delivered. After spending valuable time trying to locate the package, I learned that the driver had apparently left it on the truck and later dropped it off at a UPS Store instead of completing the delivery as originally reported. To make matters worse, after UPS created this problem through its own negligence, I was informed that I would be charged a $15 handling fee to retrieve my package. Charging a customer for a mistake made entirely by UPS is unacceptable and demonstrates a shocking lack of customer service and accountability. When customers trust UPS with important deliveries, they expect accurate tracking information, proper delivery procedures, and ownership when mistakes occur. Instead, I was given inaccurate delivery information, forced to spend time tracking down my package, and then asked to pay for UPS's error. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in UPS. The combination of poor service, inaccurate delivery reporting, and the attempt to charge me for a mistake UPS caused is simply unacceptable.
