  The worst UPS ever. They simply want to charge you extra money. I’ve been here twice for return. The first time, the instruction said bring the QR code to ups or print the label. The staff refused to print the label for me unless I pay 3 dollars. The second time, they refused to tape my box and ask me to buy tape.

  Worst experience trying to conduct any business in this establishment. I’ve come to this location a few times and they always seem rude and lacking compassion. If you don’t like your jobs please quit and have someone else who deserves to be there take over. Take your money somewhere else.

  Came in to ship a package and was told they wouldn’t accept my box unless I bought packaging from them. Instead of clearly explaining what exactly was wrong with my packaging, it felt like I was being pushed to spend extra money. Wasted my time driving there only to leave frustrated. Customer service could definitely be more transparent and less sales-focused.
