I would give this location zero stars if I could.
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. This morning, FedEx customer service confirmed that the package had arrived at this facility and advised me that I could pick it up in person.
When I arrived, the front desk employee told me that package pickup was not possible and that I would have to wait until Monday for delivery. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that customer service had provided incorrect information and that they could not retrieve my package. The explanation given was that they were "a small team" and did not have anyone available to get it.
Terrible customer service.
Use UPS, USPS, or another carrier if you have the option.

For the past week, I have been home every day waiting for a signature-required package. Driver has never once rung my apartment number. Instead, he repeatedly marks the delivery as "not at home" and schedules redelivery for the next day. This is false — I was home every time. After the 3rd failed attempt, I called FedEx and explicitly requested the package be returned to the sender. Despite this, driver made a 4th delivery attempt, again without ringing my unit. My instruction was completely ignored. I called FedEx customer service multiple times throughout this ordeal. Every single agent I spoke with failed to take any meaningful action — none of them relayed my instructions to the driver, escalated to local management, or provided any resolution.

The staffs are all really nice and informative
