  I had a very tight deadline of paperwork submittals. This Fedex happened to be the closest location so I paid online to have document printed and ready for pick up so I can save time. Called in and Sandy at this branch was kind enough to ensure I don't waste any time. Had really good experience with the branch.

  I’d like to recognize the person helping me today, Surya, for his professionalism. Although I am really frustrated with the FedEx pickup policies, he stayed calm, respectful, and professional the entire time. He handled the situation well and followed the procedures appropriately. Thank you for your patience. All 5 stars for this, and 2 stars for FedEx with its no-friendly rules for customers.
