  Good customer service! I have metro pcs and their service is terrible unprofessional. I went to cricket and one of the ladies treated me nice and was patient and professional. She provided me information about the plans and the devices they got there. I will definitely change phone carriers to cricket🙂

  Really bad customer service , avoid going to this branch , the worker has attitude . If you don’t like working with customers don’t work in customer service
