  Came to have our documents notarized and was told to wait. We waited for 30mins but no one came to assist us. They prioritize all the amazon returns first even if we were already first in line

  I bought a UPS shipping label online so I can print at the store. Since their QR system was down, I had to send them the UPS label to print and got charged an additional $3.27 on top of the $27 for the label. $3 is change to me but it’s more so the principal that they’re still charging to print their labels when their systems are down. Make it make sense.

  This UPS Store here in Menifee, Ca. is the #1 HANDS DOWN BEST UPS STORE EVER! They provide the BEST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially their Rep “KAT!” She is very professional, handles your request with such pride and provides excellent customer service.
