Wasn't a big fan of my grubhub order. These guys have a habit of swapping out stuff they're out of or too lazy to refill. No provolone? Give them American cheese. They're both white they won't know the difference. 😭 Out of chocolate chip? Give them white chocolate chip that's fine. Except it's not. Did you know that white chocolate chip cookies have macadamia nuts in them? Did you know that people have allergies to them? So when you sub a cookie maybe find one that doesn't have a very common allergen before you shove it in a bag with the rest of their food they now cannot eat. Thanks for that.

They had my daughter pay 14 dollars for her toasting the bread then not give her the bread they stole money from my kid im so sick of people thinking their above the workers stealing from customers. Just spoke to the manager consepsion she stated her name very rude yelled during my conversation that they took advantage of my daughter will be calling corporate they need to check on this employees. They stole money for my kid

Just called and asked for Manager information about in-sotre experience. Employee who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. Poor customer service, with prices triple what they were 10 years ago and quality so bad its barely even edible. Its only a matter of time before subway as a corporation collapses.

This is my favorite subway, one of the best locations I’ve been to!! So much better than the ones in Lake Elsinore, ESPECIALLY the one on Diamond drive. Every single time, my sandwich has been made to perfection here. They actually follow exactly the way I want it made when ordering through the app. I always ask for extra olives, and they do not disappoint :) thank you so much!

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time for my app order and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I wasn’t even upset about the wait and politely stepped outside. When I returned and picked up my order I asked for a side of sweet onion sauce. An employee named Lyss loudly said “not right now” in front of several customers. I was caught off guard and didn’t know how to respond, and she then said I’d have to wait even longer. The rudeness was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Based on this interaction, Lyss clearly lacks the basic customer service skills expected in the service industry.
