  Worst Wingstop I've purchased from in terms of wings flavor. We ordered the Parmesan and lemon pepper, and both were very bland. Where was the seasoning? Is there a shortage of seasoning at this location? Looked seasoned but both tasted the same plain bland taste. Not good at all.

  Worst wingstop ever. The customer service is absolutely horrible here. I walked in to place an order and was told I could only order online because the lady was going on break and did not want to take it. Then began to yell at me when I asked her to explain why I had to order online. I'm waiting to talk to the owner now however the lady is directly related to the owner so im afraid it will fall on deff ears. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. After being lied to by the employee who im 99% sure is the owners wife that he was and then all of a sudden wasn't coming he eventually showed up. He offered no apology and only tried to justify his wife's actions by making excuses about the break laws and how their order system works. Its clear the lady had no fear of accountability or responsibility for how she treated other people. I have almost 10 years of customer service under my belt I couldn't even imagine treating someone the way she treated me. At the end of the day other than the lady being extremely rude and unprofessional it seems like a staffing issue because when I walked in to place my order the only employee who could work the register of the two working was clocked out on break therefore unable to take my order which they seamed to think was my problem.

  This place is never open on time. FYI then when they open they don't let you order over the counter. BOO!!

  I called in an order and when I got there they told me they didn't get any phone calls. The manager clearly sounded like the person I was talking to on the phone. Then they tried to tell me they didn't know how to enter the coupon and to do it online, which was not working either. After several minutes of pointing out that the coupon clearly stated it can be used in store or online, they finally honored it. The food was ok, but the process and negligence was not worth it. Then the person behind the counter wanted me to give a 5 start review🙄 They need to train their employees better. I do not recommend this location.

  I ordered all drums and got charged for all drums, I don’t know who I pissed off there to get this. Other than that, pretty solid wing stop. We come here for lunch about once a week.
