  If I could leave zero stars I would. When my son's car popped out of gear while parked it slid backward and barely scrached another car...a scrape that could have been buffed out. They made false claims around 10,000 in damage and Alstate claims department went with that also claiming my son was driving and in the car when that was not the case...he was in his dorm room. Although the police came out, the owner said it's fine and don't worry about it...so no police report was created. 3 months later they made a false claim. Bryce would not return our multiple calls and it was a nightmare dealing with Alstate's claims department. After hours and multiple claims department calls, they finally updated the claim to pay out $900 which did not effect our premium. He is a terrible broker and NOT going to help you. Since then, we left Alstate and went with an independent broker.
