  I had a package get delivered from Dick’s and it had missing shoe from my box and I went back and tried to send it back so I could get the right product and Erin was super duper helpful and very kind. The customer service was excellent and she handled it in a timely manner. Very major props to her and the team.

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store thanks to Harmony. She helped me in a very professional, friendly, and efficient manner, and I was genuinely impressed by her knowledge and skills. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail really stood out. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service — Harmony is a true asset to this store!

  I went to the Marina UPS store yesterday and was surprised the pleasant young employee offered to make my copies for me! No more asking for the big plastic key for the copier! Haven't been there for about a year but they are under new ownership for several months now. The lady couldn't be nicer! Full service just like the po. Always good to know!
