  We went there for dinner around 8:30pm last night (August 16th) and there was a Young Man and an Older Lady working. The Young Man was very kind and helpful when it came to us having a question about the cookies. The Older Lady on the other hand was very rude, she kept asking what we wanted like we were such troublesome for her. I almost didn't wanna ask for toasted because she already seemed like she didn't want to be there.. but I did anyway and she was huffing and puffing. My girlfriend also asked if she can add mayo at the end.. and she looked at her and just did it anyway. At that point I was almost going to walk out but I understand that some people have bad days, but she was extremely rude. My experience was ruined by this lady. I'm not sure I even want to step inside if I see her working on the line. I almost drove to Seaside because of how awful the experience was at the Marina Subway location. That lady needs a reality check.

  Very humble staff and even they do not have public restroom, she considered the urgency of child opened for her. Truly appreciated.

  My fiance and I's orders were royally messed up. Both our sandwiches had green tomatoes. They also mixed up what was on our sandwiches - they gave him my cucumber, spinach, peppers, sauces, etc. and they gave me his avocado. I was left with a cheese, lettuce, avocado and green tomato sandwich. I reached out to corporate for a refund.
