  This location’s employees are consistently polite, professional, fast and friendly—and this has been the vibe for years. Used them all throughout the pandemic and currently for dropping off packages and printing. Kudos to them and the owner.

  0 Rating!! Rudest associates at any UPS store ever!! I hope you get to keep your Franchise after you hung up on a UPS executive trying to help a member that had zero(0) help from employee here to get a Next Day Air letter that obtained a passport- Member lost their driver license and had passport overnighted, Store employee wanted to see a photo ID, it was in the Envelope??? Why are California people lacking common sense. Unacceptable- Again, Common Sense is not their repertoire, how do you show a photo government ID when it’s in the envelope that you were trying to pick up? Don’t tell me about policies, 42 years in this business, we respect customers and would know how to handle a situation where you had to have the IQ level to do so. Also, a $10 pick up charge. I’m gonna research this out, but we don’t do it at this store here.

  I had shipped a couple of packages to this store by mistake. I called the store asking if I could create new labels and send them to the store via email to then have those packages ship to the correct UPS Store. I was told that wouldn't be an issue. After a handful of hours, I hadn't received an email back confirming the packages would ship out. After a ohone call was made, I found out that the store wasn't going to attach the new labels, and instead would simply be returning the packages to me. This was late enough in the evening that I couldn't manage a different solution. After talking with the manager, it was stated the owner didn't want to help out. No communication from any employees about their change in plans. The owner refused to take a call AFTER being on hold for half an hour. Bad customer service all around.

  Really good store - very friendly and flexible staff. Had a challenge with an envelope from Germany and the team was super supportive. Thank you very much 🙌🏼

  I sent sensitive sporting equipment and the staff member, Destiny, was extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend!
