  All of the staff at this location is so warm and welcoming g especially the girls. I come do my Amazon returns and they are so patient. I’ve gone to many ups locations through Los Angeles and the energy at this one is very light and warm.

  They deserve 10/10. Always so friendly and pleasant- always choosing this UPS over post office. They work hard and fast. I appreciate them.

  This is by far one of the worst UPS Stores I’ve ever visited. The employees never seem to know what they’re doing and are rarely able to provide clear answers or assistance. Every visit turns into a frustrating experience because the staff either don’t know the information they should or simply don’t make an effort to help. Customer service is terrible, communication is poor, and there is a complete lack of professionalism. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way, especially when customers rely on them for important shipments and services. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone. i went back to the store with my passport showing my last name and the employee who was there wasn’t capable to explain why the package got returned back and make no sense why you guys “sent it back” right away instead of waiting a few days!! You guys need to hire better employees
