  This is by far one of the worst UPS Stores I’ve ever visited. The employees never seem to know what they’re doing and are rarely able to provide clear answers or assistance. Every visit turns into a frustrating experience because the staff either don’t know the information they should or simply don’t make an effort to help. Customer service is terrible, communication is poor, and there is a complete lack of professionalism. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way, especially when customers rely on them for important shipments and services. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone. i went back to the store with my passport showing my last name and the employee who was there wasn’t capable to explain why the package got returned back and make no sense why you guys “sent it back” right away instead of waiting a few days!! You guys need to hire better employees

  I’m never expecting 5-star service anywhere these day, but this store has EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING customer service. When I made a shipping mistake (package originating on the East Coast and destined for Marina Del Ray), both Nubia and Anabelle went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue. They took time to get internal information and share options with me to ensure my mistake was not an expensive one (time or money). They were patient and kept me informed of updates via phone. I absolutely recommend this store for all shipping needs!

  This is easily the best UPS location I've ever been to. Every time I visit the service is top notch with the most friendly staff. Keep up the great work!
