  The crew at the Marina Del Rey FedEx Office are awesome. I submitted several orders online for prints on specialty paper and when I went to pick up the order, we discovered some issues. The team helped me get everything right and made sure I didn’t pay for anything that I did not get. Hamadi, in particular, was so patient, friendly, professional, and focused on making sure I had everything I needed. I tried to find a place to submit a note directly to the store’s manager, but there aren’t a lot of ways to send kudos for a job well done, so I hope Hamadi’s manager and/or corporate sees this and lets him know that his work is recognized and appreciated.

  Several random strangers and one store employee completely chastised and degraded me this afternoon. While I was minding my own business a woman customer proceeded to antagonize me, follow me around the store, and stand in my way. Other individuals blindsided me from around the entry way door, and several individuals blocked me from driving out of my parking space - standing in the way conversing. Flash mobbed by a group of lunatics.
