  wings can be really good here when they're freshly made. Crispy outside, juicy inside and plenty of seasoning. The wait can get pretty long though, especially when they're busy.

  Place an order online via the website. Arrived to pick it up, no problem. I arrived home and half of my meal was not in the bag. Unfortunately someone else picked it up for me so I couldn't check everything before leaving the restaurant, no problem. I went ahead and made a call and asked if they could just issue a partial refund for the items i didn't receive and they refused. They said I could come pick up the missing items or if I wanted a refund I had to bring all the food back so that's what I did. Two hours later, after I already took care of dinner for my family somewhere else, I brought all their cold food back for them to give me a refund. And that's where things got even worse. When we arrived for the refund to return the food, they claimed that on the phone they told me I was unable to get a refund. There was no manager on duty to talk to. Someone just claimed that I will receive a refund within six weeks. And couldn't provide any confirmation of it . They once again said that they can give me the items that were missing from my order but that it would take about 50 minutes for the food. I wasn't gonna wait fifty minutes for dinner that I wasn't gonna eat.
