I had a package already labeled and literally just need to drop it and leave, no receipt or anything else needed. I live across town and not easy to make it here with commuting. 2 other people inside standing around that could have easily taken the package off my hands and just looked at me and nodded their heads. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better guys, a simple gesture could have saved you another bad review
