  Love this little UPS store because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday Idris pointed out a problem with not having tracking numbers for each return. Amazon had only provided one. We were so grateful for Idris’s attention to detail that even lugging the boxes back to the car was a breeze as Idris and my husband did the heavy work! The boxes were back at UPS this morning with the proper labels and different tracking numbers. Idris once again provided excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I am going out of my way to write a review today which I barely ever do because the customer service was so incredible. Iris spent more than enough time on my shipping dilemma with Adrian in tow. The two of them problem solved and went so far out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. The girls in there were helpful too. I will make it a point to do all of my shipping business in this location. Thank you guys for brightening my day and being kind humans!!

  Adrian and cass are so helpful . I love this place. They always help us. They help us with packing. The package is always arrive when we send them from here and this place is very trustworthy very clean. There’s parking in the back and they have supplies as well if you need to purchase office supplies, it’s a very nice place. Very helpful and the people are very kind and go over and beyond to help and I really recommend this place. I purposely choose UPS to ship so I can come here and I’ve always had a good experience and have been coming here for over three years. The owner is on site and just a great guy as well
