  Easy location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I called needing notarized signatures, it was pass the time they usually do it but he accommodated us with a smile. Grateful they are in the neighborhood.

  PSA: extremely rude employee at this location totally botched a Happy Returns return because he dropped an item on the floor and completed the return prior to scanning in all of the items. Careless, rude, and made a transaction that was created for convenience totally inconvenient. Save yourself a headache and use another location. There is another UPS drop off located less than one mile north on Sepulveda at Manhattan Postal Center.

  So back in June 10th 2025. I watched a UPS truck scratch my car while I was in Manhattan Beach. The man left after I confronted him, I reported it to UPS and they gave me a run around and ghosted me 10 different times. I'm over it. Anyways here's his license plate, he was blonde and cover in both arms with tattoos sleeve. Enjoy this terrible company.
