  First time Allstate insurance buyer here. I worked with Eder Torres, he was so attentive and he had so much attention to detail. So thankful to work with him, he was so patient with all of my insurance needs. I insured my home, my car and my RV with him. Highly recommend!   Best insurance agent I've ever work with, had multiple agencies prior to Allstate. I would say allstates makes it pretty easy, especially Agent Roberto Lopez. Helped me with getting my car insurance as well as homeowners insurance. He made the process simple and seamless, that I even recommend all my family members to switch over and go to him. He did a great job helping out my parents, since they only speak Spanish and didn't try to upsell them on anything and recommend the best coverage for them. I would definitely recommend this Allstate agency to my friends especially Roberto Lopez, he was awesome and also speaks Spanish
