  First off, 1,000 stars to the manager Marcos, and staff Jacinto, Lucy, and everyone else in this establishment. All staff are very kind to their locals and to people passing through! You can be rest assured this has been the best subway I’ve been to in years and you will have the best experience anyone would expect for a comfort meal in Malibu and is just a classic. All meat is fresh and up to date and the vegetables are wonderfully crisp and fresh as well! Thank you so much for your kind energies and amazing service. Special thanks from Mila and Lina 🍀🤙

  I honestly don’t understand how the ordering system works. I selected sandwich #9, but then I was repeatedly asked what I wanted to add, which made the process confusing. On top of that, when I asked for extra cheese, I was told it wasn’t allowed and that only one slice was included — which felt very inflexible. What was most frustrating was the service. The employees were speaking Spanish, yet when we were discussing in Spanish and trying to decide which cheese to choose, they didn’t offer any help at all. Overall, the service was disappointing and unhelpful, which made the whole experience unpleasant.

  I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience at one of your Subway locations. During my visit, an employee (short male with a mustache) was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason.
