Tienen muy buen Servicio al cliente , dan la información acertada,, y el tiempo que dan para que se entregue un paquete es el correcto. Y lo mejor es que atienden en español .

I've been using our local UPS spot for about 6 years and I've seen the growth, not just the building but with the staff as well. Thank you!

Francisco, I believe is the manager at the UPS srore on Cleveland Ave in Madera, Ca. He has always be so kind, friendly helpful without showing any frustration when helping people with a long process, whether it is scanning documents, using laptop or just checking packages in. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face. He is very attentive and asks whether anything else is needed, stamps etc? Ends all transactions with a kind Goodbye and wishing you a good day. He definitely deserves to be recognized 👏.
