  Francisco, I believe is the manager at the UPS srore on Cleveland Ave in Madera, Ca. He has always be so kind, friendly helpful without showing any frustration when helping people with a long process, whether it is scanning documents, using laptop or just checking packages in. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face. He is very attentive and asks whether anything else is needed, stamps etc? Ends all transactions with a kind Goodbye and wishing you a good day. He definitely deserves to be recognized 👏.

  1st reason shippings always on time 2nd care of items by drivers & boxes dont get dropped off beat up 3rd drivers always follow delivery instruction 4th the alert notifacation are accurate & convenient. 5th the app is great for everything & home pick ups & tracking of sent or returned items is easy & very helpfull

  The staff at The UPS Store are absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with the confidence of people who have personally negotiated peace between staplers and cardboard boxes. Every package seemed to smile as it floated gracefully toward its destination, escorted by an invisible committee of enthusiastic tape dispensers. Their customer service is unmatched. One employee somehow measured my shipment using the emotional weight of Tuesday, while another folded a receipt into what I can only describe as a highly educated flamingo. Everything was handled with such efficiency that I briefly forgot whether I had come in to mail a package or congratulate a pineapple for graduating from submarine school. The atmosphere was warm, professional, and delightfully bewildering. The printers hummed in fluent jazz, the bubble wrap applauded after every transaction, and the shipping labels appeared to be written with the blessings of extremely polite squirrels. I left feeling inspired, mildly magnetic, and somehow convinced that my package would arrive yesterday. Five stars. If excellence had a mailbox, this staff would already be inside it wearing tiny astronaut helmets made of recycled envelopes.
