    Very rude and confrontational owner! Sent package to Bay Area from Madera for $46.51 on July 24, with an expected delivery of July 27, came back to store on Aug 17. Owner said it was never delivered and she was a Franchisee and it was not her problem, that either the driver or UPS was responsible and once it left her store she was done! I told her that I paid for a package to be delivered and it was not. Filling a claim with UPS is close to impossible, all AI ,no people.

    Convenient. Parking is generally easy. Quick service. Nice employees that are extremely helpful!

    They put all three of my packages in the wrong boxes and shipped them out. Now I've been charged over $300 by Amazon for the packages arriving in the wrong place. Never had a problem with any of the other UPS stores, just this one.
