I’ve never posted a review for food but I’ve been to ALOT of Subways and this one stands out in the best way! Clean, courteous, order is always ready on time and they make a sandwich like you would expect. It makes me wonder, are we getting short meat and toppings at the other Subways? This is how a sandwich should be!!

When in today 4/6/26, a little after 10am and
the employee working was really nice. The place was extremely clean. I walked in and had to do a double take, because the hat place was shining. She made our sandwiches perfectly and made several suggestions for our special diet. She made the experience personable and that’s rare to get these days 💜🥪
I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. The food quality was honestly poor — the ingredients didn’t taste fresh and the sandwich was made carelessly.
What really bothered me though was the pricing. I was charged way more than expected for avocado on a footlong — basically double what it normally costs at other locations. On top of that, they charged tax even though I paid with EBT/food stamps, which isn’t supposed to happen for eligible items.
Overall, it felt like they were overcharging and not being transparent. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I visited Subway evening, and the employee was very kind and friendly . She made my sandwich perfectly, and it was delicious. Great service!
Please do not go to this location. It is not worth the drama. I’m realizing that a lot of people in Madera are bored with their lives. The employee who was there on. Sunday February 1, 2026 was the absolute worst and very biased. She was very rude when we went to pick up an online order. It wasn't the first time that I had been there and treated poorly by this employee. She did not have my order ready. She “greeted” us by saying “what?!” Then after I posted my initial review here, she called the police department and had them ask me to take her photo down even though it was taken in a public setting. Not only is the employee rude but she also called the police on a customer for exercising a 1st amendment right. I also believe that she had two women stalk me online and attempt to discredit my experience with her on another app.This employee needs to fired as it appears that numerous people in this community have received terrible customer service from her.
