  This is my Subway® from the very first time I walked in. It was very very peaceful. They had Christian music playing softly in the background. The store is very clean. They have very friendly employees they make excellent sandwiches. The food is amazing and they have very very clean restrooms. The whole place is amazing. I especially love the people. They’re very friendly and they smile and they’re just very wonderful. Highly recommend this subway.

  Worst experience I’ve had in any restaurant worker was very rude and cheated out on everything. I asked for extra meat and extra veggies and cheese and it was the smallest subway sandwich I’ve ever seen. I asked for extra veggies and I got 3 more slivers of onion and 5 leafs of spinach. They also cut the cheese in half and I had to ask for extra to even get the least amount I’ve ever seen on a sandwich. I also bought a large soda and I tried every single flavor they had on the dispenser and none of them had any carbonation to them. They tasted absolutely horrible. I also found some trash in the ice this is the worst experience and location I’ve ever been to. I eat subway sometimes up to 3 times a week and this is the worst food and service I’ve ever had.

  I have shopped at Subway® for years, many different locations and this is the first location ever to disappoint me and make me almost all subway everywhere. The server didn’t give me extra meat when I specifically asked for extra meat the cheese was cut in half and I had to ask for extra cheese in order to get the regular amount of cheese. Never have I ever seen someone give me four pieces of cucumber space them an inch and a half apart. This was NOT a sub, it was bread with a few pieces of veggies and meat. I wouldn’t be surprised if the server would shave the bread in half and fold them if she could!

  Lady working Saturday noon needs to fix her attitude problem and be more efficient. Very rude when asking questions. Awful customer service.

  I am a loyal Subway fan and have purchased them from many locations. When I ordered recently from the Howard Rd Subway in Madera it just was not the same,,,,then my next order there I took the time to count the meat and cheese they put on my foot long subway club. I noticed the lady only put 3 pieces of everything including the meats and cheese....when I returned home I googled and discovered that was what was missing...they were shorting my order....Charge me more but don't cheat me. I called the store and inquired and they said yes it should have been 4 as described on line and offered to give me an extra piece of cheese next time in....I will never return...keep the cheese
