  This is our usual birthday freebie stop since we are frequent customers, but today we encountered an unpleasant customer service from employees on 06/02 @ 19:50. They kept laughing at me and staring back as if I was saying something wrong, I felt uncomfortable and the way they carried themselves was unprofessional and rude. I would like give a shout out to both men and female employees you both should take an extra class on how to provide better customer service and help your customers feel comfortable coming in to your restaurant.

  Pls guys verify your order if is to carry out, it is unacceptable, this store every time give incomplete and incorrect the orders, I ordered 30 wings they put just 27 , 5 chicken tenders just put 3 and when I make my complaint about just the staff laughed and talked about it is ridiculous wait and waste my time to complete the rest of my order, wing stop not is cheap food and they don’t care about it is absolutely disrespect with the customers 👎👎👎

  Imagine wanting to get 30 piece and being told American Cash is not accepted! No cash accepted! No worries you all just saved me from over paying for mediocre chicken. Grocery store across the street and I know how to cook.🤭 💞

  Doesn’t except cash the cashier they have been doing it for two years already. Cashier said for security reasons and adviced me to go to another location
