  I hate to leave bad reviews especially when the guy that helped me was really cool, but today 9-26-2026 at 5:50pm I ordered a 10 piece boneless half lemon pepper half Cajun, and some seasoned fries. Well today must have been an off day because the fries were so wet with cooking oil it was gross. And not like "ill just dab it with a napkin to dry the outside" No, I mean the inside of the fries where drenched in oil like if they were re-fried. Same with the chicken, I bit into it and oil just poured out. It wasnt chicken being good and juicy it was just straight up cooking oil. We vomited it up because all that oil made my wife and I feel really sick. But I will say staff was super cool and friendly. It was probably just an off day. I dont think we'll be coming back. Left a picture of the receipt so people dont think this is a fake review.

  This is our usual birthday freebie stop since we are frequent customers, but today we encountered an unpleasant customer service from employees on 06/02 @ 19:50. They kept laughing at me and staring back as if I was saying something wrong, I felt uncomfortable and the way they carried themselves was unprofessional and rude. I would like give a shout out to both men and female employees you both should take an extra class on how to provide better customer service and help your customers feel comfortable coming in to your restaurant.

  Pls guys verify your order if is to carry out, it is unacceptable, this store every time give incomplete and incorrect the orders, I ordered 30 wings they put just 27 , 5 chicken tenders just put 3 and when I make my complaint about just the staff laughed and talked about it is ridiculous wait and waste my time to complete the rest of my order, wing stop not is cheap food and they don’t care about it is absolutely disrespect with the customers 👎👎👎
