I purchased a phone here last week and I barely checked that the phone is actually 199$ and the store charged me 445$ and they added accessories that I didn't even want because they said they were free because I have been a long time customer so they actually do charge for the accessories they just don't put them on the receipt cricket just lost another customer
Ashley has great customer service skills and were very helpful so was the manager but as far as AT&t and cricket network service it is horrible if I could give it zero Stars I would I was unable to call people who I speak to everyday it's would say that this person is not taking calls at this time and the manager told me it's because of her phone which turned out to not be the issue the issue was AT&t network sucks that was the issue that same next day I went back to MetroPCS who was my previous provider and I switched back to my other phone and right away I was able to call the same people who are I called when I was with cricket wireless I was able to call them with no problem at all I highly recommend you to go to T-Mobile they have better service better Network 🛜 thank you again MetroPCS
Esta tienda dice quw las activaciones son $35 pero la COMPAÑIA cricket cobra 25 , aparte dicen que no pueden dar recivo pero es mentira. Si pueden pero no quieren que veas que te agregon un accesorio o algo y ni te lo dan, solo te roban el dinero... Yo no se como pueden dormir saver k le estan literalmente robando y diciendo mentiras a la gente, aparte dicen que ya calificas para nuevo número para quw abras nueva linea y pierdes tu numero, ... bien desonestas. No vayan aqui

Had a very bad experience with the store Manage “Rudy”, of this store... I just want a phone and the manager was trying to add things that I didn’t even ask for. He was way too pushy. Never shopping here again. You just lost a customer
