  Needed to return a couple packages. Everything was handled quickly and the employee helping me was really friendly. Couldn't have been easier.

  Just returning a package to Amazon . A boxed item and the lady turned me away or else pay a $2 taping charge . The item was boxed cleanly inside the box. Way to help out your customers!? It was a 6inch piece of tape mind you… $2 for 6inches of tape to apply to this box. She just waved her hands in the air like take it or leave it….sad :) Drove over to Westgate UPS store who just took care of it, if you’re looking for customer service is always amazing.

  The UPS store 0119 on LG Blvd is amazing. We were having a problem with an Amazon seller and a return label. Dana and Roby were so friendly, kind and helpful. Dana even offered to help us outside with taping of a package. I will only be going here for anything with UPS. Wonderful customer service!
