Horrible customer service. Rude and dismissive employees who clearly don’t want to help customers. If you can’t scan your own package, good luck!

I needed to ship a package but I only had the QR code. On the left of their counter, there is a self help monitor. On the monitor click " I have a QR code" and it'll print the label and if you need a receipt. Scan your label and your receipt will print. When you're done attaching your label, just leave your package on the counter.

The worker that helped me is the only reason I give two stars. The printer took my money and didn't print anything. Thank you to the worker that helped me.

Great and helpful staff, but store is understaffed and there can be a wait. Lots of services and good equipment.
