  Bad service they are literally playing ‘ My type ‘ in a work zone . They had no customers and still Got my order wrong and did not offer anything for the inconvenience. I asked for Hot Lemon and they gave me Lemon pepper and they asked me to bring back the order so they can just toss it back in the fryer and re sauce them !

  My mother had gone to Wingstop to pick up an online order, she realized that they gave her ranch but she thought she had order nacho cheese online. So she asked the worker if she can switch them out (assuming that she had ordered nachos cheese online) the worker was about to switch it out when another worker came in (He had glasses). He looked at my mom's order and said that the ticket said ranch on it. My mom did not mind paying extra but he just kept on berating her. Saying that it will take too much trouble to put into the system. He was being unapologetically rude and made everyone in the store uncomfortable which was out in public and out loud, he was super rude for no reason to her. Ultimately after a while of unnecessary comments, he still gave her the cheese but in the end he told her "Next time, order the cheese because this will NOT happen again." My mother felt super embarrassed and was tearing up from how much he berated, we have been ordering wings since the place opened, never complained about the place at all and we have never experienced this, so I hope this gets resolved. This was around 5:50-6:30pm in the afternoon on Sep. 5th 2026.

  Had the best wingstop meal I ever had today. I mean everything was perfect. The fries were crispy, the chicken was crispy but juicy in the inside. Whoever was working in the kitchen deserves a raise because they made the best tender combo ever.
