  Really bad service with employee Rosalinda she is completely rude and unprofessional I do not recommend getting help from her she knows nothing about customer service whoever hired her needs to get fired because this is ridiculous.

  I came in, instead of ordering on line and asked please cook my chicken well done. I have a autistic son that will choke on the chewy skin. He said ok. I said I'll wait 30 min if I have to because I need it done. I didn't go to the location by my house because they never do it right. He said ok. 7 min later my food was ready. I said that's too fast to be well done. The lady said no it's not we made it will done. I said these wings had to be already done please my son is non verbal autistic. She said it was well done. I get home and long and behold my son starts choking. I pull the skin off of at least 10 piece and it was not well done. Now he is having an episode because all he wants is wingstop. It's sad you can ask for something, the option ( well done) is on there and the still don't get what you paid for. $37.85 worth of chicken in the trash because he want eat it after I pulled it apart. Definitely contacting corporate Monday.

  This Winstop put discrete seat "class F-old" toilet cover in the oil. Identical match to the pattern on toilet covers as on the chicken and injuries to skin. This location infects this whole mall. Shame on your gang. Look at the wall they label each customer name with either all caps lower case or upper case depending on the level that they will hurt you.

  Ordered 10pc wings and half of them were like 1 cubic inch of meat. Insanely not worth it.
