  Hi, I wanted to suggest adding an exterior pickup window for this Wingstop location inside Ralphs. The restaurant is already located directly against the outside wall with large front windows facing the parking lot, so it seems like an outside pickup window could realistically be added in the future. Right now customers and delivery drivers have to park and walk through the entire store just to pick up orders, which adds unnecessary time and congestion. An exterior pickup window would make pickups much faster and more convenient.

  Very disappointing experience. Our order showed “ready” on the screen and was already called, but no one handed it to us. We tried getting someone’s attention and no one responded. Instead of the promised 5–9 minutes, we waited over 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable and very poorly managed.

  Absolutely clean in there, The service is GREAT. Food is delicious, (Cant get enough, Lol!) Really neat in there! I got my food really fast, so that's nice.
