Yesterday I went in to buy a grad gift for my friend. The sales associate Irina was a wonderful help. Previously I only bought from Tiffany online, but my experience with Irina converted me to an in person shopper from now on.

I had a great experience at Tiffany & Co. The store felt very luxurious, clean, and well-organized. The staff were friendly and not pushy, which made me feel comfortable browsing as a first-time visitor.
I especially liked the calm atmosphere inside — it felt safe and relaxing, almost like a premium lounge. The fragrance section was also impressive, and I ended up purchasing a perfume that smells amazing.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit, and I would definitely come back again.

On December 18, 2025, I purchased a sterling silver necklace from Tiffany’s. Upon receiving the necklace, I noticed the chain appeared tarnished. I took it to this location (only 20 days after purchase) and the manager offered to clean it for $20. I carried the original receipt with me, and asked for a return instead because paying $20 for a brand new necklace to be cleaned is ridiculous. The manager stated original packaging was required. Multiple other previous reviews have mentioned issues with returning items here. I suggest Tiffany’s corporate team provide training to the team at this location. The professionalism at this location did not meet the Tiffany’s standard.
