  Great staff. Super fast. They did not have the exact size box I needed so they needed to add more bubble wrap than I had used and they did not charge me for it. Very friendly and helpful.

  Went in to return an Amazon item using their prepaid QR code label — no box or packaging required by Amazon’s return process. The employee refused to accept the package (already secured in an envelope I brought) unless I purchased one of their UPS boxes. This isn’t how QR code returns are supposed to work, and it felt like an unnecessary upsell tactic. Service was unfriendly on top of it. I won’t be returning to this location — there are other UPS/Amazon return points nearby that don’t pull this.

  I had a struggle with an Amazon return but Brandon helped me contact customer service and get it resolved. Great customer service and very efficient and patient!
