  New management is atrocious, they charge $3 for tape now. Which is insane… even when just helping affix a label already printed and taped from home.

  AWFUL, I JUST WENT INTO THIS UPS STORE. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS WITH A BOX AND QR CODE. But didn’t tape the box closed and they said the owner is charging $2 to tape each box!!! I was shocked. That’s a great way to lose customers and go out business!!! Other customers at the counter were shocked too. I purchased packing tape in the store for $7 to use today, and in the future!!! New owner DO BETTER!!! Very disappointing!! IF I COULD IT WOULD BE ZERO STARS.

  It's always easy in and out at this store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There's never a wait. Park my car, run in and I'm out within a couple of minutes
