  Fue iuna experiencia grata el servicio y atención recibida por la tienda #6626 de UPS en la calle No. 12 en los Ángeles California , el agente fue cortés en cada momento y no demore ni 3 minutos en ser atendido . Fue profesional y expedita su servicio , yo no cambiaría UPS por ningún otro servidor de paquetería créame la experiencia hace la diferencia y UPS lo sabe .

  The customer service was great but the people coming in of this place are rude and in a hurry . One person had a bunch of packages on a huge dolly and he was saying excuse me to my mom as he was not patient enough to wait for her to move . Had he touched her with it just a little bit I would've clocked him good !!!! I wouldn't recommend such a location

  Only open for 2 hours on Saturday, but helped me with a delivery problem I've had with UPS since Thursday.
