  CJ was AWSOME! I will always come back to this UPS store for everyone and refer everyone here because of the excellent customer service! Such a great attitude and patience! This store is farther from me but the service is 10 times better! I can’t thank you enough CJ! Give that man a raise!

  I frequent this UPS Store, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff! Every single employee I've interacted with has been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I usually come in with multiple returns to process or documents to print, and no matter how busy they are, they never make me feel rushed. They're always patient, offer helpful suggestions, and even make friendly conversation while I'm getting everything organized. It's rare to find such consistently outstanding customer service, and this team truly goes above and beyond. They make every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location!

  Karen was so patient and helpful while I sorted out my three returns and helped me print the label for one of them. Store was clean and parking was easy for me to find on a Saturday. Thank you UPS Store on Larchmont!
