  They started charging $3.00 to print Amazon return labels when other UPS stores still does it for free.

  Hey! It’s Jessie. I just wanted to say thank you so much again. Last night I came in around 7 PM right when you were closing, and the employee still let me in to drop something off, i really appreciated that. When I got home, I realized I accidentally put the wrong label on the package. I stayed up all night so I could call right when you opened this morning. The person who answered was so kind( i think hes the owner) and told me I could email the new label over, and you guys even printed it for free. Honestly, you made my day. I’ve been coming to your store for years and have never regretted it. Truly the best UPS in Hollywood. Thank you again so much!!
