  Staff here are generally super knowledgeable and so professional—which is always very much welcome when shipping returns. Today I didn’t know how to figure out my Amazon return and had to change it and re-email the thing which I normally know how to do, but I did something wrong and so they walked me through every step until I got it right. They didn’t seem annoyed or frustrated—even though I was annoyed and frustrated—which was really great! And so thank you Anthony and Jason!

  WOW!!! Angels really do exist and walk among us on earth. From the moment I walked into UPS on 8033 Sunset, I felt welcomed, embraced and seen. The service I received here was top tier and the team made me feel so supported and cared for. I met THEE ONE AND ONLY CHRIS!!! This man’s smile lit up the whole room and made my day!!! His charm, charisma and godlike chiseled bone structure took my breath away! Is he single? Ladies I don’t know! Please go say hi to him and find out! Being in there felt like a second home, everyone was family. They really do take the time to quickly help you and always have the best attitude. Thank you for making my day. Also, the air conditioning in there is next level! The AC at my house is broken in this LA heatwave and walking in there felt like a slice of heaven. Thank you for the laughs and good vibes today, CHRIS and team!!! Love you guys!!! I literally want to work there, the vibes are always so good. Best team :)
