Jesse and Angel were very communicative and helpful even though they were dealing with a broken printer.

Ethan at this store was so friendly, helpful and quick - managed a busy queue of people behind me so well.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.
A few weeks ago, I paid this UPS Store to send an important document in a 9x12 envelope via UPS Express to Chicago. The address was correct, but the package never arrived. Instead, weeks later it was returned to this store with a sticker stating "Service Disruption."
I wasn't asking for the impossible. I simply went back to the store expecting them to stand behind the service they sold me and at least refund the shipping charges or help resolve the issue.
Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive, and condescending employees. I was repeatedly told, "We're just The UPS Store. You'll have to deal with UPS," as if they had no responsibility after taking my money and selling me the shipping service.
That logic makes no sense. Imagine an airline selling you a ticket only to have the flight cancelled, then saying they aren't responsible because "that's the pilot's job." As the retailer that sold the service, the UPS Store should advocate for its customers—not wash its hands of the problem.
When I asked to speak with the owner, Jesse Wang, I hoped the conversation would be more productive. Unfortunately, it wasn't. He was just as dismissive and showed little interest in making things right or even acknowledging the frustration of a failed express shipment.
This also wasn't my first disappointing experience at this location. Every visit seems to involve an unnecessarily long wait, especially compared to other UPS Stores I've used. Unfortunately, this experience—combined with the owner's dismissive attitude when something actually went wrong—was enough to convince me I won't be coming back.
After this experience, I understand why this store has such poor Google ratings. If you value customer service or expect a business to stand behind the services it sells, I'd recommend taking your business to another UPS Store.

Every time I walk out of the store, I regret going in. I know all UPS stores aren't like this because I always had a great experience when I lived in Brentwood.
1-No Dogs. If you decide to walk your dog, just walk back home. No exceptions. Doesn't matter how long your walk was to get there. Seriously? At a UPS store?
2-No matter how many times I've been in this particular store and talked to the same employee,, there is no recognition - no sense of community. Business as usual.
3- Crazy overpriced. I paid over $22 to ship a 3 ounce T-shirt . Employee insisted a box was my cheapest option. The box she gave me was too big for a T-shirt. She said shipping it in an envelope would be $50. An envelope at the Post office would've been $7. Seriously, don't ship from a UPS store
