I know all UPS stores aren't like this because I always had a great experience when I lived in Brentwood. 1-No Dogs. If you decide to walk your dog, just walk back home. No exceptions. Doesn't matter how long your walk was to get there. Seriously? At a UPS store? 2-No matter how many times I've been in this particular store and talked to the same employee,, there is no recognition - no sense of community. Business as usual. 3- Crazy overpriced. I paid over $22 to ship a 3 ounce T-shirt . Employee insisted a box was my cheapest option. The box she gave me was too big for a T-shirt. She said shipping it in an envelope would be $50. An envelope at the Post office would've been $7. Seriously, don't ship from a UPS store .

The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s always nice when something you expect to be a hassle turns out to be quick and stress-free. Definitely appreciate the great customer service!

He handled our shipment and 4 other customers with grace, efficiency, empathy and respect. He remembered and greeted one of his customers by name and set expectations on wait times with a smile. He embodies what it means to provide attentive, high quality service. Keep going Jack!
