  I had an international shipment to send and Nour was fantastic from start to finish. Thanks to her guidance, everything went smoothly with no issues at all. This is now definitely my go-to UPS Store. I highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Nour if you go in

  Absolutely no parking, let alone the always busy streets filled with cars and pedestrians. Note to self: don’t ever go to this store

  So I had to mail a couple documents, I went here on a weekday, there were people at the registers and a person in front of me, I waited for like a minute max, then I had never used UPS before, and told the person behind the register that I just wanted to send the things, she told me it’s straightforward, and the process was super smooth, I was in and out in more or less 5 minutes, maybe even less. I honestly have no complaints, maybe because I didn’t have a package, but for someone who was doing this for their first time, everything was easy, the person walked me through it (there really wasn’t anything hard to do), paid, and cheapest option took 2 days, which was great, and the price was great. So yeah, in my experience, this was an absolutely amazing store, and process, definitely would recommend shipping things from here (I’M. LOOKING AT YOU UCLA STUDENTS, yes, you).

  I run a side business with my wife selling culinary products that require refrigeration and cold-chain shipping, including next day air shipping. I package the boxes, pre-print labels, and merely drop off packages at this location to be scanned in and sent on their way. There is one worker at this location who was extremely rude and disrespectful, accusing me of shipping beer. He sniffed the box and told me that it "smelled like beer." I will repeat, he sniffed the box like a dog would, and accused me of shipping beer! And then repeatedly asked me questions in an accusatory tone, accusing me of shipping some type of banned goods. He then reported my two packages to UPS, and both underwent security screening and of course passed the screening, but this resulted in a 3-day shipping delay (because of the weekend), requiring a re-ship to the customer. The person I am talking about is tall with long hair and a cocky attitude, and again, extremely disrespectful.
