  This morning I had time consuming problem I couldn't get my copier to work/ connect to my laptop To download copies that were needed I gave up and headed to my destination, which was important And visited the Westwood UPS store, along the way And was greeted by Neour, very nice and helpful, very, very helpful She was able to take care of my problem and get me on my way And I also noticed that the rest of the staff was very considerate and helpful With another customer, who was elderly I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulnes Thank you Neour and staff Hope I spelled your name right!?

  Terrible service. They lost my package/box and were not helpful at all in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the telephone number listed for this location is not even the direct number for the store, making it extremely difficult to reach them. I would not recommend this UPS Store location. Very disappointing experience.

  Had a package but couldn't figure out how to pront out the label from my Amazon account so the employees helped me very pleasant and nice.

  We needed some documents notarized and the lovely young woman who helped us knew exactly what to do, took care of it and got us on our way.

  I had a wonderful experience at The UPS Store. The service was excellent, and the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s not often you come across such genuine customer service. I appreciated the care they showed and recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
