    Horrible experience.Dropped off a packaged phone for return, and it never reached its destination. They were not able to give me any answers no updates on line package just vanished. The worst!!!

    Great experience at this UPS location! The employee was incredibly kind and helpful. I forgot to tape up my package before coming in, and they happily helped me tape it up without any hassle. Friendly, professional, and excellent customer service. Really appreciated their help and positive attitude. Thank you!

    This store is under new management so take that into consideration when coming. Carlos was beyond helpful with my package and answered all my questions. Deff a breath of fresh air compared to past employees.
