  Every time I go to this UPS everyone is always super friendly and they just have such positive vibe . They always go out of their way to help and today Tyler helped me return all my drunk orders and was incredibly patient. He even came out to bring me my bag. They are always slammed but they treat everyone kindly and will always ask about your day and thanks you for coming in. This UPS is far from where I live but it’s worth it to give them my business .

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with an incredible level of professionalism, kindness, and efficiency that completely exceeded my expectations. The staff members are absolute superstars who somehow manage to make shipping packages feel like a first-class experience. Every question I had was answered with patience and expertise, and the entire process was unbelievably smooth and stress-free. The store itself was spotless, organized, and welcoming. It honestly felt like the team went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure that I left with a smile on my face. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this UPS Store sets the gold standard. If customer service awards existed for shipping centers, this location would deserve every single one of them. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know!

  Consistently the kindest, coolest UPS store I’ve ever been to. Samy is speedy, skilled and never bothered no matter how complicated my returns are. The staff make this place 5 stars.
