  Do not pay for a mailbox here if you frequently receive packages. Not sure why but packages here frequently go missing. You’ll pick up your mail and they’ll simply forget to give you delivered items and you have to come back with a tracking number and ask staff to check the back again OR they’ll just get lost completely. Staff will blame USPS/fedex and just shrug their shoulders and ask you to file a missing package complaint with the courier, even though the tracking for an item says delivered. I will not be renewing my membership here.

  It is a quick, friendly, and thorough experience to guarantee your package arrives safely and swiftly. Processed a return, and made sure it was packed into a box to ensure safe travels. Took less than 2 minutes to do this thing I had been putting off for a while.

  Sal who helps with receiving your packages is the best. Always so kind and friendly. Really goes above and beyond. Bonus that this location plays good music!

  Christopher deserves a raise. Dude is always so kind to everyone that comes in. 10/10 service in here.
